If the design concepts remain unchanged, you will not incur any additional charges. Expect your revised design within 48 hours.
Turnaround Time
Ceavios typically has a turnaround time of 48-72 hours for most design services. This timeframe refers to the delivery of a single iteration of a design stage, not the overall project duration. The time required for revisions may vary between 48 to 72 hours, equivalent to 2 working days.

Refund Policy
While Ceavios offers a 100% refund on all its design services, certain conditions apply. The refund policy will be void if:
You have selected a special or custom package.
The primary design concept has been approved.
The logo has been finalized.
The website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.
You have requested revisions.
You change your mind.
The cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the project.
You have not contacted the company for more than 2 weeks.
Company policies have been violated.
Another designer has been approached for the same project.
The creative brief lacks required information.
A complete design change has been requested.
The claim is made after the designated refund request timeframe.
The business is closing or changing its name

Reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘disagreement with a partner’ will not be eligible for a refund.
Once multiple sets of revisions have been accepted, clients may be entitled to claim 50% of the refund after discussion with their Project Manager. The approval of refunds is at the discretion of Ceavios Management, whose decision will be final. If you subscribe to a service bundle and are dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that specific service, not the entire bundle. Cancellations prior to project initiation due to unrelated reasons will incur a 33% administrative fee.
Note: Ceavios reserves the right to reject any project or cancel contracts as deemed necessary. After a refund, you will not retain any rights to use the designs, which will remain the sole property of Ceavios.
Exclusions from Refunds
Services not related to design are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances and are not covered by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. If such services are acquired as part of a package deal, they cannot be used to request a refund on the entire package. Examples include:

After receiving a refund, you will not have rights to any designs submitted by Ceavios unless mutually agreed upon in writing. All information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.
